Our Hiring Process offers candidates a chance to get to know the Elevate HR team and leadership through several rounds, in order to ensure we find the right mutual fit to join our team at Elevate HR. We're looking for candidates who share our commitment and enthusiasm for human-centric software and service delivery.
Screening Call
30 minute initial phone call to review resume and job description.
Interview
60 minute conversation (in person or video) with Hiring Manager or Team Leader.
Case Study
Group Case Study and/or Aptitude Test (depending on role) for position finalists.
Executive Interview
Final Interview with Executive Leadership before we check references and make offers.
