Elevate HR has a long tradition supplying innovative solutions for HR, IT, and Payroll to the world's leading global platforms.

 

1999

Elevate HR’s story begins as a collaboration between IBM, Damgaard/Navision, and our antecedent Mindkey, with a contract to develop the HR application for an international business software platform called Axapta.

2002

Microsoft acquires Navision/Damgaard and the Axapta software platform for $1.4B. Microsoft’s acquisition includes rights to the Mindkey/Elevate HR software developed within Axapta, while Mindkey/Elevate HR retain ownership of its IP.

2004

Microsoft acquires Mindkey/Elevate HR IP for core HR in the 2009 release of Dynamics AX, and Elevate HR is incorporated through a management buyout of the Mindkey AX business.

2009

Microsoft acquires Mindkey/Elevate HR IP for core HR in the 2009 release of Dynamics AX, and Elevate HR is incorporated through a management buyout of the Mindkey AX business.

2018

Elevate HR releases its next generation HCM Software as a Service (SaaS) application in the Microsoft Azure cloud. Meanwhile, Microsoft rebrands its Dynamics AX business solutions under the Dynamics 365 platform name.

2019

Microsoft acquires Elevate HR IP for Advanced Benefits Administration & Enhanced Employee Experience features, and releases Dynamics 365 Human Resources as a standalone global HR platform.

2020

Elevate HR releases standalone Integration Platform as a Service (elevateX) and Identity Access Management Automation app (elevateAD).

2023

Elevate HR releases OEM Payroll solution (elevatePAY) and OEM Applicant Tracking System (elevateATS).
